If you ever have the chance to visit the astounding creativity that is Salvation mountain, take a drive a little further down the road to discover the enchanting open air art exhibition that is East Jesus. If you’re lucky, you may meet the fantastical Wizzard.
As we entered the incredibly creative and witty landscape of junk turned art sculptures at East Jesus, we were greeted by the Wizzard. He offered his tour services and life advice: Say YES! to life. Say YES! to acknowledging people for their uniqueness. And he certainly walks his talk. After a brief conversation and showing me around, I told him about the Jump for Joy Photo Project and asked if he would like to share his joy with the world. Without hesitation, he jumped for joy.
