I met Joel at a free lunch offered to people in need – if you are interested in supporting people like Joel who need a hand up, please check out the Well in the Desert to make Donations. I met him only briefly and he was willing to jump immediately when I explained the project to him. Joel was full of energy and enthusiasm which can be felt through the photos. Joel is creative and loves to draw so I printed out his photo on paper for him to draw on, I hope one day to see the masterpiece he creates with it.
