Last week I was doing a jumping photoshoot at Sunnylands when I met Jasmine. I was watching her sweet younger brother play and started to speak with her… of course, she is lovely and I invited her to jump for joy. I’m so happy she came out to jump around and share her vibrant joy.
Her jumps were incredible and she was like an acrobat or a dancer in the air. Some of her jumps were almost backbends in the air – it was amazing, but, I loved this jump as we can see her beautiful face and really feel her joy.
Get to know what makes Jasmine jump for joy:
Q: What inspires you to jump for joy?
A: Everything I feel, like weather its good or bad, the joy you have makes everything seem easier.
Q: What was your experience doing the jumping photos?
A: Before I was a little nervous, but after I felt super happy. I took that leap of faith and did it! I was super proud of everything.
Q: How do you describe the feeling of joy?
A: When it comes to joy, I believe that happiness comes behind it. With all the trials and tribulations that I’ve been through, I always found the joy and the reason behind it.
Q: What is your greatest passion in life?
A: My greatest passions in life is the performing arts. I love to sing, dance and listen to all types of music and movies.
Q: How do you feel about being part of a collaborative community project that promotes joy?
A: I feel excited because it helps spread joy and love.
Q: If you could do anything in the world, what would it be?
A: I would become a plus model and follow my dreams when it comes to music, writing and directing film. I’m currently at a performing arts school studying music and film.
Q: What are you working on?
A: My youtube channel: Jassy Charell. Still getting the hang of it though.
Q: Mini bio or something special you want to share.
A: I’m originally from the LA area but moving to Palm Springs… I am a singer songwriter.
