I totally agree. Although I “played” with my children when they we growing, I didn’t have a sense of play for myself. Now that I don’t have the responsibility of raising children any longer, I have discovered my own sense of play. In fact, I feel deprived now if I don’t get to play often. Wish I had learned this sooner.
