Finding one of those little windows of time that can be all mine.
When love and happiness drown me I know I feel joy.
Seeing a puppy greet you with a tail wagging so hard and fast, it literally falls to the floor because it’s knocked itself off balance!
Dancing with my daughter and jumping up in random motions..having the body take over where the thought process doesn’t interfere.
Surprising someone and seeing the thrill in their face…yes!!!

Like the Bible says in Psalms 28:7 “My heart leaps for JOY and I will give thanks…” Much of what you feel is where you focus. Thanks for the reminder to focus on the source of Joy.
Just knowing that, at my advanced age and after a broken ankle and fibula, surgery and the implanting of a titanium rod and ten pins to put me back together again, I can still walk (and jump)
Hearing our children squeal, “Daddyyyyyy!” when he returns home!
